electric decal ?'s

I have heard about, and even seen, a little about these electric decals. Can somebody explain exactly what these are and how they work? I know they are a type of vinyl(???) or something I can print on, but that is the extent of my knowledge. They sound like something I would be really interested in. I have been getting quite a few requests to build custom rods, but have no nice logo to put on my rods yet. Just a gold paint pen! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Take a look at swampland tackle
Basically its a self adhesive film that is Holographic (prismatic) sillver (like the bottom of a cd) that you run though an injet printer anything you leave WHITE shows through as siler anything else takes on a prismatic colour effect

The was a very extensive article in a recent issue of Rodmaker magazine that would be worth your while to get. It woul;d save you a LOT of wasted time and money. There are several types of media (paper) and although it's not real difficuld, there are things that you need to be aware of.
