product testing fish creek blanks

i tried out the fish creek blank this weekend. it is the velocity 4pc 8wt. we were throwing full sinking lines and clousers. i used a carbon fiber grip, reel seat, and butt. the finish is really nice and i like the green color. the guides used were 16,10, then 6's all the rest of the way. the rod is very light with the carbon grips. it cast beautifully and i really like it. i caught at least 30 stripers on it this weekend and it handles them well even in the current of the river. i cast it all day and it was still a joy to cast. we had a dan craft,st croix, lamiglass, and cts in the boat. i enjoyed the fish creek so much that i didnt pick up the others. i can give a good recommendation for these blanks and i consider them a great value at the price offered. it is very similar to the cts rods i have cast. I will build on another when the opportunity arises. i will post a pic of the rod used.

I also checked the site and did not find anything on fish creek blanks. Last week I e-mailed Fishsticks inquiring about fish creek blanks and have not gotten a response.
