I just tried the gorilla glue on some cork and it works very well. I am wondering if anyone has used this stuff and how well it stands up? Re: cork glueing

It stands up fine, but it's not really what you want for cork. Just not necessary. It's messy (as you probably figured out) requires moisture to set and cure, and really is more trouble than other common cork adhesives like carpenter's glue or 2 part epoxy.
But if you like it and have some to use, it will certainly do the job. ............. Re: cork glueing

I've used it with good success and had no problems with the poly glues. You do have to be careful about the flatness of the cork or you will have glue lines as it dries white. Other than that I really like the poly glues, they seem to glue plastic to cork better than epoxy and white glues. Here's on that was glued with Titebond Poly, [www.rodbuilding.org] . I recommend Titebond 2. Gorilla Glue isn't just messy, the dust is toxic. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
