New LEAST favorite task!!!

...maybe its lack of sleep...maybe its impatience, but my new least favorite rodbuilding task is....REMOVING A FUJI BLNAG10J FROM A BLISTER PACK!!!!!!!! You know, the ones with the cardboard backing and vacumne sealed plastic front. Its taken me 20 minutes to remove 2 of them from the packaging!!!!! Picking out all the plastic from the nooks and crannnies, AND I got 10 left to do!!!! (I've actually invented 2 new 5 letter words, so much better than the traditional 4 letter words).

Im going to take a break now and if the guy in front of me at Dunkin Donuts orders a Mochachino w/ 2 sweet and lows, and an eggwhite flatbread sandwich...I''m gonna hand him one of these blister packs and say "here, open this for me while I have to impatiently wait for your order"

There has to be a better way...maybe a torch!

I understand Mike, I will no longer purchase them. Someday when no one is listening please tell me those new words because I was too upset to even think about inventing new ones. lol.

Good idea with the guy at Dunkin Donuts.

Billy....I just deal with what they give me. Support a sponser to teh left, and they ship me a nightmare!! LOL......found a solution to my dilemma beside the Dunkin Donuts gig, guess what the neighbors kid is doing right now for fitty cent?

Bill, I'd love to share those new words with you, but I said one within distance of my son and his left ear started to bleed...additional testing is needed before I go public.

Wrap time.

They can't be as bad as the Pac Bay blister packs. I had some packs of guide sets that were given to me by a customer and I actually had to threw them away! The clear material was actually shrunk so tight that it engulfed each guide even through the rings!!!!

When I have those I hand them to my 2 year old and tell her the bring them back to daddy when the plastic is gone. Works every time. Takes a little less time and I can do something else while waiting. That kid can take a childproof pill bottle that is as tight as I can get it, my wife is absolutely unable to open it and the 2 y/o can have it open and dumped in the floor in 1.27 seconds.

Mike you are so right - maybe Fuji considers this an improved packaging system and upticks the pricing.

Look at this post from five years ago!

Maybe you need to retrain your Thread Dog and aim that Brute at the Plastic!

Wow Bill..from 5 years ago, complete with added words out of frustration. I'm not alone at this! Great idea with the dog, got a "Guide Removal Machine" right in front of my face. Could be a good photo op.
