I have nothing but praise for Anglers Resource. Not only did they replace the grooved guides they gave me a choice of cermet or SiC. I conferred with my customer and he went with the SiC.
As for the Grooved guides they were sent to Japan. I Can only assume Fuji wants to know why they failed too. Re: Grooved Cermets cont.

I have them installed on 2 spinning rods, a 7' & 9' and I have seen absolutely no groving what so ever with the guides. Please keep us posted if you hear anything back from Fuji. TIA Re: Grooved Cermets cont.

I find it impossible to groove any real cermet guide with any 8lb mono. much less any other cheap walmart guide. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
