I wanted to give a big public THANK YOU to Lance. I recently ordered a very small order from them that included some micro guides to use on a rod for myself. (A first in my dealings with the micro's.) I ordered these online and didn't notice that I only had one guide ordered instead of the 12 that I had thought I ordered. I also ordered the new decal material from Bobby Feazle on Swamplands site. My order arrived and I was missing the decal material and 11 of the guides that I thought I ordered. I called Lance and he told me he tried to contact me, but the email address I had given him was not valid. (I must of had been a rough day for me, cause I sure screwed everything up with that order.) He said that the decal material was backordered and that he thought it was funny that I had only ordered 1 micro guide and a top, but again he didn't know how to contact me. He said he was going to get an order in for the material for HighPoint. Yesterday I recieved a package via USMail that had the decal material and 11 micro guides with a note that wrote "NO CHARGE". I have never been to the Expo and can only imagin how big the event is, but I do know what it is like getting things ready for a big event. I understand he is very busy packing things up for the event. When I called Lance, I never had the expectation that I would recieve this until after the event. And then to have the guides sent as no charge? This is customer service that does not go un-noticed and just wanted to let many more know this and that that I plan to use Swampland Tackle whenever I can.

hi Scott..........I have had many dealings with lance....he is the best.......I could sing his praises all day long...... great guy...honest guy....personable guy....you cant go wrong...thats why he will have great success...and you will have great products to give your customers..which will lead to great success of your own.

Lance and Bill are the top notch have a question call have a problem they will solve it. All you have to do is pickup the phone and ask. So all I can say is call swamp land. And the jerky and hot sauce is great.
