Simple Rod Building History Spreadsheet

I've done a search and can't seem to find a simple rod building database for everything I build.
I am not in business, I just build for myself and my friends but I would like to keep a database of everything I make.
One of my buddies recently had one of my rods and an expensive Accurate reel yanked right out of his hands off of Mexico (You can guess how much heat he took for that).
I usually keep all the price labels with rod descriptions, date built, and names from every rod I build but I can't find that one.
And, of course I can't remember which blank or guides I used on it. I am just looking for name, date, blank, guide spacing, grip lengths,
guide type, guide sizes, reel seat type & size, butt end type, thread patterns, size, and colors.
I remember Tom writing about a long roll out label with exact guide placement a while back but, it would be enough for me to
keep it in a simple database list. I use a Mac, but I do have MS Excel on it.

Thanks,
Jon

It won't help you with what has already been built but I do have a couple
different blank invoices on soft copy that I can send you Jon.

Eventually, all things merge, and a river runs through it..
