Story Pole article - yeah!

The latest Volume 12 Issue 1 just showed up and I sat down with it and open the cover to see the list of features. When I saw the 3rd one as Story Pole Guide Spacing I about fell over. I've been asking and researching (on this forum) about this method as an alternative to my poor application to the static method. I was about to mount a 4x8 pegboard in the garage as I really wanted to work with this process. Then Bill Colby comes up with a mobile story pole - well DUH! That is so darn simple it's almost doesn't seem legal. This article made my day, thanks.

Bill said he saw someone's post about it here (possibly yours) and since he has used that method for many years asked if I'd be interested in publishing something on it.

Works the same as with pegboard, but obviously takes up far less room.

Tim

I do not yet have a subscription to the magazine, are you referring to an alternative to Don Morton's guide placement chart?
Thanks Tom

Yes, somewhat more simple but no less effective.
