Sorry for posting here but I Googled this and got nothing. Our high school sportsman's club is building some large fish cribs as a community service project for our local mill pond. We are getting the correct permits from the DNR but am having trouble finding some simple plans. We will be building the cribs in pieces at school, transporting it to the ponds and reassemble them on the ice and wait for spring where they will sink to the bottom. My DNR contact did not have any plans available. :(
We will be using large logs, acceptable power poles, pallets etc. Does anyone know where I can go to get some decent plans? Thanks much Buzz “I touched Eric Skell’s 15 pound, 4 ounce walleye……..I will never wash this hand again……†Re: waaaay off topic, building fish cribs

Another possible help may be the MN DNR site. From there you may be able to find info on Upper Red Lake. The MN DNR planted a bunch of cribs out there when the crappie craze started about ten years ago. Possibly google Upper Red Lake Crappie cribs.... Hope fully this helps.
On a side note, are you doing this as a project for school credit? I teach alternative ed and am always looking for good hands on projects that have an outdor aspect to them. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
