need a good walleye blank

I've got a guy that's wanting me to build him a 6' mh walleye rod. He's wanting something that has some play in the tip, but still has some good backbone. He's also wanting to keep the price reasonably low. Any suggestions would be great.

There is certainly something in angling that tends to produce a serenity of the mind

Any of the 2-power spinbass or spinjig blanks make very nice walleye rods. These are usually a little more stout in the butt section than blanks specifically marketed for walleye fishing, however.

Jon the 2 blanks Karry said to look at are nice...but if it is nice back bone you want take a look at the IC722 or the IC723...Midwest has been useing the IC721,722,723 for spinning rods for walleye fishing some time now and the customers love the rods..we stock all 3 blanks at midwest rod and reel...here is a link to them [www.midwestrodandreel.com])
