Steam dents out of EVA??

I just pulled a rod out of the dryer that has impressions in the EVA rear grip from the chuck. I want to get them out obviously. I was thinking that maybe steam would work. Any idea's?

Not sure. Only way to know is to try it. I don't think steam will harm EVA, but you might want to take a scrap piece, dent it, then steam it just to find out.

Scott, I've always just had luck rubbing the grip with my hand, pressing it around a little and giving it a little time. Seems to always come out.

Or you could ease up on the gorilla grip huh?

Hah, I think it froze into the chuck Alex....no matter how high I have that heater running it is FREEZING in my shop....Negative 13 temps will do that.
