Gold USG guides

Does anyone have a source for these? These are a heavy duty saltwater boat rod ring guide, with a gold platesd frame and a SIC insert. I'm looking for size 10 or 12. I think Fuji stopped selling them in the US a few years ago. Thanks in advance

Don't take my word for it, but I am pretty sure that @#$%& carries those, I'm not sure because I don't remember the names but I do know that they carry several different heavy gold casting guides. Hope it helps.

Whit,

Your email is blocked, so I'll have to post this here. I'm sitting here looking at 3 bags of gold boat rod guides that I'll never use (we ain't got no ocean in WV, LOL). I bought them off of everyone's favorite @#$%& site thinking they were standard FW casting guides. They are mostly large guides, but there are a few smaller ones in the bags. I think I remember the listing saying that they were Fugi's. I don't know what the SIC's look like, so email me and we'll talk.

Those gold USG have been discontinued a long time now. The last time I needed some ( about 6-7 yrs ago ) to complete a set that I found on an @#$%& site alluded to above. I bought a few guides from Al Goldberg. He may still have some but I have not seen him post here in quite a while. I have his business card at home ( at work right now ) if you need it. Btw, those guides need special care in the salt as that green corrosion stuff seems to be attracted to those guides. I wash carefully with fresh water and spray on some anti-corrosion spray on them after washing. I think I may have one or two guides laying around. I'll check for the sizes.

Gents. I'll try and figure out how to unblock my e-mail. Thanks for the leads. I really only need one or two guides to round out a set.....
