Hi,
The Over the Sandune Trio is once again trying our best to get to T K's fine expo. Hopefully the snow will stay in Canada. Southwest air will get us to Raleigh and then a Hertz car will lead us to High Point, the hotel and expo center. Brad and I are coming from Long Island and Walter is coming from Cape Cod. Look out Hi Point the rod building navy is coming to town for liberty! Ha, ha!!! More like we are looking for an "ole goats convention". I hope they serve good hot chocolate down there. Now all you young guys don't run us over rushing to get the best buys!!! Beware of Walter's cane as it can be a dangerous weapon! Walt Davenport, Jim Quiett and Barry Thomas, I still have the RodCrafter patches I promised you last year. They will be with me at the Expo. I will ask Billy if I can leave them at the NERB's booth for you. Winter weather is so unpredicable. Our cod fish charter today was cancelled due to yesterdays snow storm and now the sun is out. UGH!!! Say a prayer that we all get there and safe. Neil Capt Neil Faulkner Re: 2009 ICRBE

Neil, looking foward to see you & Brad down there, and it's gonna be nice to see Walter again, it's been abotu 8 years since I've seen him. Great group of guys, who really enjoy the comraderie shared by rodbuilders & fishermen. YOu can leave those patches with me at teh booth, no problem.
Hopefully the W holds up, lat year was a nightmare. I'm driving down with a couple of friends, The NERBs are goign to be out in force that weekend, there's probably 20 of us coming down from various locations around the world. Re: 2009 ICRBE

Hmmmm..............Maybe I should be a little happy that I'm not going to make it to HP. 20+/- NERBS (including TEH HNIC) in close proximity for multiple days might be too much for my feeble brain to keep up with. Re: 2009 ICRBE

Plus, we weren't able to speak to Hiro about that secret XXXX XXXX Color Preserver, lol. Gonna miss seeing you this year Ken, I hop eeverythign is good with you. Re: 2009 ICRBE

Neil - spare medication and first aid available at Swampland Booth - I believe Jimi Ellis a seminar presenter is a certified medic who is normally on call by the Red Cross - he may figure out a way to bill them for services provided - we will keep an eye on you and yours! Wait till you see what we have in store for you - even the name will put a twinkle in your eye! I have a personal bottle of Pepto Bismol for settling down the effects of the hot chocolate.
Personal signaure for your enjoyment - no one else knows! de Kook! Re: 2009 ICRBE
