Greetings,

That simple! I want to update my profile and control center is slapping me around, eh?

old email: mvbob@mindspring.com
new email: mvbob@comcast.net

When I enter 'control center' and attempt to change the email profile; I get:
"The email address you entered is already listed with another user." (in red, no less).

Well now! I am stumped.....going in circles. And; I really dont wish to change to anything else. So.....
I'm throwing that 'red flag' out on the field like the NFL coaches often do on Sundays.

Please find me a helpful referee; huh!

My official email is: mvbob@comcast.net , even though the 'old one' still will work for me for a while.

Part of the problem is that you registered twice, under different names styles, one is Robert Marie and one is Robert F. Marie. When you try to change your email, it's finding that email under your other registration. That's why its telling you that email is registered under another user - you.

The referee penalizes you 5 yards for having 2 registrations.

In the meantime I changed the email for you on this particular registration.
