Dan Makauskas from the Western Chicago area is opening his home & shop to host a NERBs Gathering on November 1st. Right now I'm flying in and will be staying with Al Ciner, and Mike Barkely +2 is driving in from Michigan, Jim Rippe from Indiana, and Mark Blabaum from Wisconsin. Hopefully you guys will e able to make it, as it's going to be a great time.

There is no admission or dues, all it takes to get in is an e-mail letting me know you want to be part of the gathering. I usually have everyone bring something as a contribution: donuts, hamburgers, venison stew, soda, water, paper plates - just a little something.

Topics - whatever you want to learn about, talk about, or see how it's done - let me know and we'll be prepared.

Steve, you're #3 to ask me that, lol - I have no clue. My answer has been - on eof them 20 minutes West of Chicago....coming from NY that's right around the corner, lol. As soon as I find out, I'll let you & the others know.

I just hope wherever it is, we can order some Chicago style pizza for the gathering.

I also will try to make it to this event. Its a good three hour drive but should be worth it seeing who all will be there!
