Threadmaster over Flexcoat

I noticed last night that I won't have enough Flexcoat to finish my current project (a holographic wrap). Will it be okay to use Threadmaster to finish the wrap or do I need to start over and just use Threadmaster?

Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about some guides done with FC and some with TM? 2nd coat of TM over first coat of FC? If so, there would be no problem. That is often done. If you are taliking about actually mixing the different brands together, the answer would be no

Like Mike Stated Ash, you can use one finish over the other and be fine, but you cant mix them in liquid form at all.

If you have one coat of Flexcoat on the rod and it's no longer wet or tacky, you can mix up Threadmaster and use it as your 2nd coat and be fine.

I don't want to mix the two in a liquid state. I just want to use Threadmaster over cured Flexcoat. I'm working on a holo wrap and wasn't paying attention to the amount of Flexcoat I had left to do all the layers with. So one layer of FC and the rest of TM is ok. Thanks guys!!
