Castaway/Swampland experience

I recently became a Castaway blank customer through Swampland (Bill Stevens). I received my blanks last evening. I sent Bill an email thanking him for the quick delivery & within a couple of minutes I received a call from Bill. He wanted me to know that he had just received a call from Castaway with some bad news. Castaway had a breakage issue with a certain blank. The blank had passed Castaway's pull test but they had a couple of breakages occur during a severe shockload test, or simply put, during a very hard hookset. I advised Bill that one of the blanks I purchased was one of the blanks in question. Bill advised me not to build on the blank & he would get back to me. A short time later Bill called me back & stated that he had spoken with Scott Luft @ Castaway & that Scott was drop-shipping me a new blank within the hour.
All of this said to simply say, What a wonderful experience. A potentially bad situation is turned into a positive one. Some great customer service from both Castaway & Swampland. Thank you!
