Anyone used new Decal Connection site?

Let me start by saying Decal Connection has been great to work with - no complaints. I just placed my first order on the new site, and it's way more time consuming to order and leaves more room for error.

Jimi and Debbie - great people to work with, but please bring back the old format, I think it was way easier to order on.

Just my .02

Marc

I might be wrong but I thought they stated that orders had to be submitted by phone or e-mail to avoid misunderstandings/mistakes. I alawys just e-mail my orders

maybe this is something you could have sent in an email to them, instead of making a whole thread about it on a public forum.

According to their site, faxes and emails and the on line ordering forms are the preferred way of ordering to avoid mistakes.
