I'm sure that St. Croix would have something to fill that bill but not sure about the black color. You may have to paint something.

Get ahold of Robert at Fishstick4U and have one made by CTS. Steven at CTS will create you what ever you want. The wait time is not all that bad anymore either. I had one (not a special order, but did come direct from Steven) in about 5 weeks?

Seeker has some freshwater 2 pc 7'6" fibreglass models that come in black. MS75, SP753, SP754,BF758,BF758X . I haven't used any of these blanks other then the surf series and I like the strength and light weight of these fiberglass rods. I also don't know what lure weight your looking for. Great Lake walleye get pretty big but my local ones in PA. aren't very overwelming in size.
