I put the first coat of tm light over a spider wrap and went to sleep. This morning I found that a giant bubble formed and popped at the edge of one of the spiders, leaving a bubble crater. Deffinatly a bubble, not a fish eye. the edges ot the crater are white like damaged finish and I don't think I can clean it upwithout damaging threads. Will that melt in, or do I need to go after it with something to clean it up before applying the next coat. Thanks for the help. Re: popped bubble in finish

I'd trim the crater with a razor blade and hopefully remove the white as I trimmed...then recoat. CAREFULLY and dont cut any threads.
If the background is black and you cant trim out the white, trim as much as you can and paint the "white" with a little testors black, if? thats do-able depending on what your background is at the crater? DR Re: popped bubble in finish

Thanks Duane. I shaved it and it looks pretty good. I'll just leave it to the finish from here. Re: popped bubble in finish

Welcome BIll,
If the white is gone, you'll be fine. DR Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
