It seems there are several different kinds and companies selling. Some say flocked, others not... I want to try some to repair the grips on a bottom fishing rod I have. Would be going over old foam - Question is, which is the most durable, are they all the same with different sellers? Also, does the flocking hold water? Prices all seem to be about the same, any guidance is appreciated.
PS - thanks for all the help, as I have asked a buncj of questions lately. Seems I have projects going in 100 different directions lately.... -Steve Tampa, FL Re: Shrink wrap grip material

Swifty's wrap material. We like the X-wrap stuff in colors, especially black, but any of it will do just fine. Covers old grunged grips just fine. and does not absorb or hold water.
