Robert, Ray, & Kevin
I spoke with you, Robert & Ray, yesterday about these rods and you both were very helpful. In these days, its a pleasure to actually speak with the "owners" that know something about the products rather than a teenager on a summer job being paid minimum wage. Meaningful service in America, its such a pleasure when you come across this in life. Thank you for your time, ~Mark Re: Allstar blanks are on website

I'm no expert on the All Star blanks, but some of them were favorites that I see on the site.
The BAT 783 was the Zell Rowland Topwater Special blank, they also sold it as a Mag Spin blank. 6 to 12 lb , 1/8 to 3/8 oz., 1 5/8 oz in weight. The BAT 845 could be either of two blanks, on was X-fast tipped labeled as a Mag Bass the other a casting blank with a fast tip. The Mag Bass blank had a .490 Butt and was rated 1/4 -3/4, 10 to 20 lb line, 2 oz in weight. The other was .480 butt, 8 to 17 lb, 1/4 to 5/8 oz, 1 7/8 oz weight. The BAT 782 was a spinning blank rated 4 to 10 lb, 1/16-3/8 oz, 1 1/8 oz blank weight. The GP 813 blank is the Tops and Tails blank, one of my favorites. 8 to 15 lb, 1/8 to 1 oz. Don't know what this grade blank weighs, but the upper grades were nice, light and made a well balanced rod with universal appeal for a lot of different fishing possibilities. I see several references to a web site listing All Star rod blanks, but cannot see, to find the web site in question. A friend wants me to build at least a dozen 6-ft medium action spinning rods for his quide business.
Please, where can I buy the blanks? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
