I'm getting a work bench set up and was wondering what the heights you guys have yours set at? Also what type of chair or stool do you guys prefer?

I like to keep my feet off the floor so I'm working higher than most - stand up height used with a high stool. My bench has a foot board speed control (RodMaker series on mobile rod building workstation) otherwise you need to make sure you can comfortably reach your foot control.

30" height.

I use an adjustable height padded seat rolling stool. Got it as a gift for the garage. Loved it at the workbench so its never left there.

Ok, Thanks for the replys. I'll have to play with heights to see where I will be most comfortable. I was thinking a stool with wheels would be Ideal!
