I want to thank Robert for going way above and beyond normal service. I was lucky enough to win a CTS spinning blank at the Saturday night drawing at the Expo in High Point. Fishsticks4U donated the blank and Sunday morning I went to their booth and found Robert and thanked him. This was a beautiful cobalt blue blank. I mentioned that I only fly fish and he was kind enough to swap the spinning blank for a fly rod blank.
He didn't have the cobalt blue at the show so he said he would order it and send it to me and of course that is exactly what he did.
I know something about customer service as I have worked for Home Depot for the last 9 years.
Robert, if you read this again thank you so very much.

Yea ........... ordered 2 mandrils for my mini lathe and they had to be cut down ........ Robert cut them and even drilled a dimple in the cut end so both ends can be used for the tailstock ........... Great Guy ........ best customer service .......
