Hi Guys,
I don't think L.L. Bean has a corner on the market using the letter "L" or "LL" as a trademark. "L.L. Bean" is their registered trademark and not Double LL. The double L has to do with my initials. Anyway, let's get back to talking about rod building but thanks Ernie for your comments on my site.
Thanks Tom for fixing my link problem.

Ernies from Maine...birthplace of LL Bean and lobstah, and he'd be interested in any 10-12 wt offerings you have. Feel free to add 10% to his next order for "unnecessary roughness". LoL ...Welcome and thanks for supporting this site.

actually, i think ernie has a valid point and judging from the little R with a circle around it, L.L. Bean has the "Double L" name cornered for fly rods, or so it would seem to me. but like tom said, it's between lynn and bean.

welcome as a sponsor!

The "little trademark symbol" indicates that LL Bean is trademarked, NOTT LL. I doubt that you can trademark just initials. I'm pretty certain that there are many companies out there with the initial JC other than Penny's
