The ICRBE has always featured a ton of rod building products - more than you can really completely see in just 2 days. But, what I witnessed today during set up is just beyond belief. I honestly think that the amount of product offered this year is twice what we've had in any previous year and the prices are lower than I've ever seen them. There's 20,000 rod blanks in the hall if there's 2. No kidding.

I know some have had flights cancelled or delayed due to weather, or some who may have decided not to drive. But we've got guys in from all over that managed to get here. If you're stuck somewhere waiting on a flight or can't get in until late tomorrow, it will still be worth the time and trouble. Even if you can only get in on Sunday. The selection and assortment of product is just unbelievable. I do not think we will ever see anything like this again.

I never comment on next year until after the present event. There is always an even chance that this will be the last one (I'll run out of money eventually).

But... any of you guys who couldn't get out yesterday but perhaps can get a flight out today - it's worth your while to do it. Even if you got in town late today, you'd still have all the evening's activities to enjoy and all day tomorrow in the exhibit hall. You wouldn't regret it.

You've never seen anything like this. I've never seen anything like this. The custom rod building craft has never seen anything like this.

Statistically - next year would be bigger, no? I sure hope so. I had to make a decision to buy a boat or go to ICRBE. Today I pick up the boat. Hope I made the right choice! I feel like I just missed the last stage out of Dodge.

Anyone that has a chance to make it should go!

I'm not sure I'll do it again - too much work for me, really. But we'll see. Let me get calmed down from this one. It's only nearing 11AM on Saturday and we're going nuts. I never anticipated this many would show up, particularly with the bad weather up north keeping people from flying.

The seminars are standing room only. The turnout and participation is more than I could have hoped for. Everybody is happy, blanks are going out the door, people are getting demos, learning, meeting each other, etc.
