The temp hasn't been above -30C for over a month...........good news is that if the long range forcast is to be believed it will be a balmy -16C next saturday and after 5 weeks of hibernation I will finally get out for some sledding and ice fishing. Just walked Gunner about 15 blocks tonight; it's over 20 below (good NW wind, too) and the mustache was all ice when we got back. He curled up and went right to sleep... so should I. Putter Williston, ND Re: threadmaster this and that ????

You should move to where I live 6 months of the year its over 30 degrees C during the day (approx 85 degrees F) usually maxs out around 42 degrees (approx 110 degrees) during the day in summer thats with 95% humidity. Coldest in gets down to here on winter is around 7 degrees C at night in winter (approx 44 degrees F) and everyone walks around saying how cold it is. LOL Re: threadmaster this and that ????

Looks like another warning about bad language is in order. I don't care if you use odd characters to infer such, don't do it.

-50 F today here in North Pole, AK with NO wind chill- just an honest -50. Have a rod drying close to the fireplace. Opened the door to throw in some more wood, a bit of a down draft...... some fine white ash swirled. Yep- that's where it went. Ok Tom, no bad language from me, but even Rudolph is disgusted with our weather! Pesco Ergo Sum Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
