Photo Posts & Rodbuilding Calender

In responce to Neil's post below I created a 2008 calender using photos
posted on the "tools" section of the photo board here.

Before I save this calender or send it to anyone I thought I would ask if
there was anyone who would object my doing this with their photo post.

Just let me know and I won't use your photo.

BTW, I'm not selling the file nor would I even consider using anyones posts
for any type of monitary gain

Raymond,

Any photos, once posted on the photo page, belong to me (the originals, of course, still belong to those that took them). I don't have any problem with anyone doing this as long as they don't try to sell such work using these photos. I wouldn't want to see others' work used for profit without authorization from those involved. I realize that you won't do that so this is just for anyone else that might.

Somewhere in the software administration package there is an option to allow photos to be placed into a calendar. I'll have to take a look and see if I can find it. I see no reason you can't do this for your own personal use. I certainly don't have a problem with it.

Thanks Tom,

I thought that once posted on a public forum that they were "public domain" but it's just common
courtisy to ask anyway. Glad to know otherwise about they NOT being "public domain"!

Yep! I was also wrong about it being "public domain" as well.
Better safe then sorry I always say and as you reminded me Derek.

Michael Joyce
Tom Kirkman
Scott Bazinet
Mikko Stenberg
Mark Blabaum
Lance Dupre

Annti Kymalainen

I sent everyone but Mikko and Annti an email request to use their photo for this one use 2008 calendar.
I am unable to find an email address for Annti and the email address I have for Mikko is no good now.

You have my permission to use them if you wish. As I said, as long as they're not being used for sales purposes, it's okay.
