A special THANK YOU to Bob at Custom Tackle Supply. He took time out of his busy day to help me select a blank for a fussy customer, and, when he didn't have that particular blank in stock, he called the manufacturer and had the blank drop shipped to me. Customer service above and beyond. Thanks again, Dean

Ditto. Bob always gives me tons of helpful advice. I haven't asked him about a blank or a project I was considering that he didn't give me the answers I needed and potential pitfalls I hadn't thought of.

I will also agree that Bob and his crew are a wonderful business to deal with. On one order a fews years back where a local resort needed 10 - 9' fly rods for their new sports center grand opening, Bob was able to get me 12 blanks and all of the accessories complete witnin a week of ordering. I placed it on a Monday and I received it on Saturday of the same week. You just can't leave people like that and deal with somebody else. . .and I am sure he would do it again for me . . . . . .if I had the orders !!!!
Thanks again from me BOB.

Custom Tackle Supply is my rod building supplier of choice. If Bob doesn't carry it, whatever 'it' is, then I'll shop somewhere else. Great service too.

If at first you don't succeed, go fishing, then try, try again.
