If a blank has a size 15 tip and the only available tip tube size is 16 what is the correct way to fill the space? What I have been doing is wrapping tip with E thread and then epoxying tip in place. Is this the correct way or is there a better option.
Thanks, Larry Re: rod tip bushing

I would think that is the best way about going at it. Re: rod tip bushing

I do it all the time. It's easier to buy oversize tips and just build it up, than to pray teh tip you buy fits the listed tip size on teh blank, because it's often inaccurate. With larger blanks it isn't gonna flop over from a layer or 2 of thread. Re: rod tip bushing
