Thanks ,Bill Re: Ok, what thread is a good subsitute for Gudebrod

I have switched almost 100% to Pac Bay thread. They have some nice colors, and all in stock!
They have several greens, but I don't know if you will find an exact match for the Dark Green. Marc Re: Ok, what thread is a good subsitute for Gudebrod

What's wrong with it? I know their CP just about ruined a wrap of mine. But that's another story. Thankfully the posts here offered lots of suggestions and I got it fixed! Re: Ok, what thread is a good subsitute for Gudebrod

Pac Bay is a good thread and so is Fish Hawk. I have used them both. Re: Ok, what thread is a good subsitute for Gudebrod

I haven't completely switched to Pac Bay, but it is close. I actually like the thread MUCH better - less twisting, better coloration, etc. Re: Ok, what thread is a good subsitute for Gudebrod

Try Gudebrod NCP if they have the color you want.

I'd like to know what's wrong with the Dark Green that I use quite a bit also. I haven't noticed anything wrong with my spool. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
