Max,
I've not had a partiular hard time getting a white CTS blank or other custom colors even in the muti-piece spin blanks yet. Have a white 4 piece 5 wt fly blank now at the house.
Lamiglas will paint you up one and they have a huge, diversified variety of blanks for just about any need. Sometimes the paint jobs were free or near so that I've had done there. The worst was a $20 upcharge if I remember right.
Give Todd a call, great people to do business with and another sponsor Angler's Workshop can get it to you pretty quickly as they are spitting distance from Lamiglas.
