NC WildLife MAg - weren't they there last year doing interviews with people? Did any articles run in any fishing magazines about teh 2007 show? Re: 2008 ICRBE Exhibitors

Those articles are all scheduled to be published in January and early February. I was hoping to see them this summer, but the planned publication dates will actually be better for boosting the event attendance if they run a few weeks prior to the show. So I'm not going to complain.

Tom,
What happen to Acid Rod? Did they back out? NC Wildlife Magazine is excellant!!! While they have little to say about rod building they have alot to say about various types of wildlife from fish, birds, snakes, lizards, turtles, etc. I enjoy my issues as well as my Rodmaker magazine! What happen to Bill Stevens? I hope he is not in the morgue after what Kentucky did to his (now tailess) Tigers. I heard they had a Tiger tail roast in Lexington! Ed Smith Re: 2008 ICRBE Exhibitors

I love it! Rod building and everthing that comes with it; and my latest 2 ventures, bamboo rods and kayak fishing, all under one roof! Umnn...does legacy paddlesports demo and sell hobie's? That would be awesome! Re: 2008 ICRBE Exhibitors

For anyone interested .... I plan to set up my small area with an array small displays of bamboo rod making tools, jigs and stuff for people to play with -- come split a culm; try your hand at splitting splines; bring your own bandaids for fingers and try planing to taper... In addition I'll have several refurbished "@#$%& rods" for people to look over and a few collectables as well as lists of publications/sources of information... Come try to really build a custom rod.
