Most 15# mono will fit through a #6 with a small bit of room to spare. Most 20# mono will fit through a #7 with a small bit of room to spare. It is your call ... #6 guides would work, but #7 guides wouldn't be considered sloppy.
BTW, I build with Fuji - so you better check these measurements yourself since the colors you mentioned seem like some other brand. Unfortunately, there is no true standard when it comes to sizing of guide rings, frames, etc. In addition, if you are doing spiral - why not one double, a bumper and all running? Re: Blue blank ?

Don't worry about using six's I would use the smallest I could.
The smaller guides will have less weight allowing him to use more of the rods enrgy when casting. I cast 12lb nono through guides as small as 2.5mm with NO problems at all Re: Blue blank ?
