I just recieved my first copy of RodMaker Magazine and I am really impressed and excited. The magazine has tons of information that will be helpful when starting to build my rods. I will be ordering the equipment I need next week to begin building will let everyone know how it is going. Thanks

when you order your parts, order a copy of Rodbuilding Guide by Tom Kirkman (most vendors sell it) It will be the best $15 you will spend onn theis addiction

Thanks for the reply and the email. I have already ordered Tom Kirkman's book just waiting on it to get here. I also ordered a dvd by Doc Ski on rod building hope it is good again thanks for the email I am sure those articles will come in handy.

I agree with Mike, the Rod Building Guide is the best book for beginners where the magazine refines what you learn there

Dont forget my new book concept, "A Rod Builders Guide to Debt Management and Divorce Settlement".
