A few years ago I had 2 Harnell boat rods - used for trolling - which I let go during a sale; because of a very generous offer (dumb me). Now, more than ever I want to
build at least several facsimilies of those rods. I think I can pick out quality components, except the blank.; which is my problem. How to find the same blank as used on the Harnells. From a friend that has one; here is the normenclature:- "Royal II - 6' 10" - - # 1-967-200 - - 20 lb. class - - 6 roller guides & top - - reel seat chrome 6" L. - - foregrip white (rubber? ) 7 1/4" L. - - handle 13" L.. About the rod: - 9/16" dia. at the foregrip - and, .25" dia. at top ( 16/64's ). Any info at all to find such a blank sure would be appreciated. THANKS jocko Re: need help for a HARNELL BLANK

Jack,
Look back a few days in the posts, someone said those blanks may be coming back. Fastest way would probably to put Harnell in the search engine. Re: need help for a HARNELL BLANK

Jack you can email me at docski377@aol.com and I can give you an addy for the new owners. They havent started up yet, still moving in, but they might be able to answer more questions for you. The Varmac type seats are no longer available but I am sure you can find something close in Aftco. Your email addy is hidden. Re: need help for a HARNELL BLANK
