sulky thread

Does anyone know if the sulky rayon thread is good for wraps? I found it at my location Hobby Lobby at a pretty good price. They have the 30 and 40 wt. and just about every single color. Wasn't sure how these weights compared to size A, etc. Thanks!

The 40 wt. Polyester is preferred. Rayon is a bit fuzzy, though some have used it and seem to like it. 40wt. is a little smaller than "A". Be sure to use color preserver.

Some have used Rayon, but most have run into problems with it (including me) IMO, it really is worth the risk Thread is cheap why take a chance. Polyestor is preferred. If you get some just do a test wrap and see how it works for you. Like Jim said, CP on any sewing thread is highly recommended.
