Does anyone know if the sulky rayon thread is good for wraps? I found it at my location Hobby Lobby at a pretty good price. They have the 30 and 40 wt. and just about every single color. Wasn't sure how these weights compared to size A, etc. Thanks! Re: sulky thread

The 40 wt. Polyester is preferred. Rayon is a bit fuzzy, though some have used it and seem to like it. 40wt. is a little smaller than "A". Be sure to use color preserver. Re: sulky thread

Some have used Rayon, but most have run into problems with it (including me) IMO, it really is worth the risk Thread is cheap why take a chance. Polyestor is preferred. If you get some just do a test wrap and see how it works for you. Like Jim said, CP on any sewing thread is highly recommended. Mike (Southgate, MI) If I don't want to, I don't have to and nobody can make me (except my wife) cuz I'm RETIRED!! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
