GLoomis Question - would like to find another

One of my more favorite spinning rods bit it this weekend... (partner tried to do a good thing keeping boats from banging at the dock, tripped and took it out)... Which was the capper on a very bad tournament weekend.
Any way... I've used the rod so much that the model number had worn off... It "originally" came with one of the cork handles with slide rings (Tennesee Handle?)... was 6' long +/- (depending on the length of the original handle)... GLOOMIS and the specs were written in a pinkish/maroon color... lure weight 5/16 to 3/4 oz... line weight I believe was 8 to 17# roughly 6' long (although with the new handle I had put on it was only like 5' 10") Any ideas as to what blank it was or model (GL2, GL3, IMX, GLX or something earlier)? Or if someone has one that is collecting dust...maybe we can work something out. (either trade or purchase)... Figure I had the rod for around 8 years or so... if that helps. I wouldnt mind the blank either if some knows and stil has one or know if its still made. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 07/24/2007 09:19AM by Henry Engle. Henry,
You need to give use more info. Blank Color? Factory rod? How long have you owned it? Tip and butt diameters? Initially it sounds like maybe a SJ 723, 8 to 15 lb, 3/16 to 5/8 oz lures. They are a fine rod that seems to be at their best at around 12 lb line. Works well with jigging spoons, and plastics, even in deeper water due to the strong butt. Doesn't make a bad spinnerbait rod for people who don't use conventional reels well. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 07/24/2007 11:51AM by Spencer Phipps. The blank was a dark gray color.
Yes it was a factory rod. Owned for about 8 years. Re: GLoomis Question - would like to find another

Henry-
Try to find out because G Loomis has a great warranty no question asked for $50.00 they replace the whole rod no shipping charge or if it was custom made they give you the blank!!!!I dont think you can beat a warranty like that. G.Loomis Xpeditor Service is what you need to use with customer service, unless it is a manufacture defect.... Thanks, Jeffrey Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
