Building a component Bank.

I want to build a component bank of reel seats, handles, etc... anyone out there now of a good place, or of anyone specific that is willing to get rid of a bunch of stuff?

All the sponsors to the right would be happy to get rid of a bunch of stuff. I would use a good quality product and stay with it as much as possible. That way as you go from one rod to the next you always have a few components to get you though the next build, and it's much easier to keep a common supply instead of a bunch of different components, styles and colors. All my personal rods use the same brand/style components unless there is a real need to change. Makes things a lot easier and cheaper to maintain a supply.

How soon do you wish to do this? If you can stand by until February, at the ICRBE you'll find the largest selection and assortment of components that you'll ever see in one place at one time. Most of it will be priced well below what you'd pay any other time of year.

Won't help you at the present, but it would be a great time to get whatever you need at prices that are rarely duplicated any other time of the year.
