You give us very little to go on and even then one would have to know it's composition or have one of those rods in hand to do a CCS data check on it. Maybe there are others that have used those blanks and have found them to be comparable to brand a, b, or c. Is this a casting, spinning, or fly rod? By the way, where are you located?

i have used the talon cairnton blanks and they are really nice rods. you wont go wrong with one. i have several other talon blanks that i fish and like them as well.
