rogue warranty

Has anyone dealt with Rogue rod blanks and / or their warranty dept?

Only once a few years ago. I had a good experience, but I live only one state away so it was pretty quick.

Kevin,

Unless Rogue has changed their policy over the past 3 months, there is a flat $30 fee for the replacement of a damaged blank. You will, however, need to send the damaged blank back to the Rogue warranty dept. at your cost, along with your check or credit card for $30. You can strip the components off of the blank prior to making the return. My dealings with the folks at Rogue have been A+.
