Once again I tried to view pictures in the photo section and it says I must register to view them. I registered just like I did last time (I wrote it down) and once again it tells me the name and email address are already there. What is going on and why do I have this problem all the time. any help will be once again be appreciated. it was the period I put behind my middle initial last time and i corrected that problem.

thanks

Jim Smith

Try clearing out your cookie cache and see if that doesn't cure the problem.

This is how you registered on the photo page:

James L Smith

You have viewed 19 photos so you have logged in successfully in the past. The only reason you would not be able to do so now would be because you are not using the correct password.

can be two seperate passwords, each site seems to have its own log-in. if you made them the same, then no problem, but it leaves it up to you so you could have used a different password when registering.

There is nothing wrong with the software on either site. 100% of the time such a problem is with forgotten passwords or user names, or failure to register on both sites.

Both sites require separate registrations/logins. You have to log in separately. Makes it easier to remember if you make both log in names/passwords the same but you still have to log in to bothe separately. Easiest thing to do is don't log out and you will never have to re log in
