I got a request to do a special wrap on a pool que. Have any of you guys had odd requests like this, and if so how did it work out? My thinking was that it should work fine, but might throw the balance of the que off just a bit. Any thoughts? Re: Odd wrap request

Jeff, I had the same idea but I have not wraped one yet. I think it would work out fine as long as you keep the weight under 25 oz. for regulation play. Good Luck Brent T Re: Odd wrap request

I recently diamond wrapped a very old pool cue that belonged to my grandfather. I use it for decoration only, however it is fully functional and could be used for regulation play. It had Grandfather's name in mother of pearl inlay on the end of the handle, so I used that color scheme along with the wood color for the wrap. I used size D gudebrod thread, Gudebrod color preserver and finished up with Flex Coat high build. It came out beatiful! Also I've diamond wrapped a long handled skimmer for ice fishing! Boy, you talk about opening a new market! I since done about thirty of the skimmers. Actually anything that is round lends itself to wrapping, let your mind wonder with ideas! My next pool cue will be a feather wrap. Go for it!!!! John Re: Odd wrap request

Sure, I've done pool cues, replaced the whipping on old golf clubs, and put a custom wrap on a vhf antenna also. Re: Odd wrap request

was in a shop out in Brielle NJ (bogan's?) seems like this guy does quite a few golf clubs. I have been thinking about wrapping up some ski poles, but haven't yet. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
