I am building a 13ft surf rod ( spinning ) using Fuji Titanium lowriders but can't find any guide layout info for these guides. Does any builder know where to find any info on spacing lowrider guides ?? Thanks to all on this site , Also I would like to thank Tom for providing a site such as this one. It is a great learning tool.

By reading the article on static guuide placement.

there is a setup on the fujitackle site - it is all in japanese. Fuji's setup has the collector 120cm (47") from the reel, next guide 60 cm from that.
Are you distance casting with the rod, or fishing with it? If you are fishing with it, do yourself a favor and do a static distribution set up for your blank, and play with the first guide distance.

I am doing both with it Bob. I was on the Fuji site but can't read a dang word of it, LOL. Why doesn't Fuji put up a site in english, I don't understand that. I will try putting the first 20mm at 471/2 " from reel face and work out from there and do a static test then.
I have read the artical on static guide placement but these guides I thought might be a horse of a totaly differant color.
