I am sorry to create a new topic but I cannot contact Dan Craft by mail: my mails do not seem to pass (maybe problem with spam?) and i have problem with my phone

I placed an order at Dan a few days ago and I received the parcel yesterday... Great blank - unfortunately, it misses a reel seat!!!
I've tried to join Dan for 2 days without success

It seems to me that Dan reads regularly the forum : order is n°290 and it miss a reel seat "MORTISED UPLOCKING SEAT (U3E-B)"

If not, how can I make to contact it?

Sent Dan a note for you. You will need to get your email unhidden here so that Dan can access you directly from your post here if necessary. You just go into your profile here and change a few things so he can see your email in case he doesn't have it on his computer in the shop.

No Problem, can't remeber if we're 7 or 8 hours off from you in time zones. Dan is also an avid angler and the spring chinook salmon and maybe a few B run native steelhead are in the rivers, so he could be off getting his, while he can.

I also live outside US, and had experienced the same problem several times. The easiest way to solve it once and forever is getting a mailbox at Hotmail.com. It's free and you messages will reach American recipients...
