Radio fly rod

Got a bamboo fly rod from a customer to redo and want to know if anyone knows anything about it. It is a 9'6" three piece rod with metal reel seat. It is maybe a three or four weight. The rod has been stripped and the only mark on it is engraved on the reel seat that says Radio and under that trade mark and under that it says Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Any information on it would be nice so that I can tell my customer what he has.

Spencer is correct, Montague made a "Radio" rod...in fact, a Google search came up with one on @#$%& (although I looked no further.)

Thanks, the reel seat and ferrules appear to be the same as some of the Montague rods and it could very well be a Montague.
