Tom for clarification, ACK Fishing is not closed, nor do we owe any customers anything. Yes, I personally have suffered some set-backs (illness). We certainly no longer do business with Merrick, but we have a significant inventory remaining. Our business goes on, and we continue to clean-up the mess during my absence, and making right by our customers. If there are any customers that you know of that we potentially owe something to please contact me. butcapps@hotmail.com
