Looking for Clemens Custom Rod Thread Art book. Any help?

I have been looking for this book via vendors and the internet without much success. I understand the book is out of print, but maybe someone out there is interested in selling a copy. I'm just starting to do some creative art work and have a couple of DVDs and small books, but I get the feeling the Clemens book is the "bible" of the art. Thanks.

Ellis & All -- Thanks for keeping us in mind, but we sold out of the book and are like everyone else, we are waiting for it to be printed again.

I believe unless there is a huge order demand for the book, I have heard the cost of a reprint is not cost effective. Just think I think I paid around 25 to 35 bucks for mine 15 years ago and now it is going for 150 used. I would contact DocSki, Mark Crouse or one of the great thread weave artists on this site for a pattern. You might look into some great videos available from one of the sponsors on the sponsor list to your left

Jim,
Check out the Visual Wrap site on the sponsors list. Lots of good stuff there.
The cost of the VW software is by far a better deal than spending over $100
for the Clemmens book. I'd loan you my copy of Billy V's booklet but then I'd
have to kill you. LOL!

I just did a "Google" search on Dale Clemens and found several places selling the book. Most were used, in very good condition. The cheapest price was $75.00. Good hunting!

Guys, I appreciate the inquiries about the copy I have listed on the buy/sell page but it has already been sold. There isn't a way to remove the ad or I would. For what it's worth, I sold mine for $100 and I have also seen about 3 copies sell on @#$%& in the last few months for about the same amount. That seems to be the going rate for the book in good to excellent condition.

Come on guys, stop quoting the prices of CRTA. I want to buy a copy of Billy's book when it hits the market and want to be able to afford it. LOL.

Jim Wood, hold off a few weeks before dropping a bundle on CRTA. Billys book will have alot of what CRTA has......and alot more in teh form of more modern patterns and language.

Now I'm really in a dither. I have received many helpful ideas, but wonder if I shouldn't wait until your book comes out. When will it hit the shelves?
