I've heard of Blackhawk reels, but the rod blanks I believe have been fiberglass, Eagle GT, HMG, HMX, Goldenhawk, Ironhawk, Techna AV.

Darren,
It's going to be pretty tough to find a 15 or 20 year old fenwick blank. I think that they stopped producing them in the late 80's or very eary 90's.
In fact I don't know if you were able to buy the blanks or if they only came as factory rods.
