Just bought a used Renzetti and ordered new washers and springs for the thread carrier. Not sure the order they go in and want to know if anyone can help? There are 2 tapered brass washers, 2 plastic, 2 flat brass,1 slotted brass, and a spring for each arm. I wrote Renzetti but got no reply. I realy want to try out the best of the best this weekend. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Renzetti is closed on Friday. Monday is a holiday. Best to call them on Tuesday and ask.

Dale,
If you unhide your email address I can send you a digital pic of the thread carriage from my Renzetti. Might make more sense than trying to explain it. Randy.

If you put the spring on the inside there will be fewer parts to move each time you swap spools.

We have a "Extra" large thread spool accessory that comes with all the hardware that you need. You may want to look into it.

You can use the same hardware on the regular size spool shafts and if you "need" a larger spool at some time you'll already have the
accessory to use them.

I don't have the price list in front of me but it will probably work out to be the same money give or take.

If you just need the washers and knobs, etc. we can help you out with just those parts as well.

I hope this helps.

You can call Matt as he knows the product like the back of his hand. I'm still learning.
